How do I get a layer (for text) to stay with a box on a table.
When I set the whole site table to center, the layer and text continue to align on the left.

It sounds like the layer you created in DW is positioned absolute, not nested in the table you want it to be in. DW may have also created a 'z-index' for it. Look at the code, and move everything between (and including) the [HTML]
[/HTML] tags so that it is 'nested' between the [HTML]
