Dreamweaver and Photoshop

I made a website 700x600 in ps. I did the slicing in imageready. How do I make it look like a normal site on dreamweaver? Once I open dreamweaver what should I do with the sliced file? ANyone can help? I am really new at dreamweaver. Thanks

I recommend taking the time to go through the tutorials in Dreamweaver, they are very helpful in getting started with designing with DW.
