killer flash intro- who + how much $$?!

There is a killer flash intro at http://www.musclesci.com , looks like After Effects had a hand in it too. Just wondering if anyone knows who designed it, and what the going rate for quality like this is.

ah nice find! Done by a professional company id say its worth at least 500 bucks...

well, lol.. i did a similar one for $100. Im way too cheap, i gotta stop accepting EVERY project offer...
