Sound question with flash....

I'm making a little mp3 player for a DJ's website, and I know how to get a sound to play...but I'm having trouble getting the sound to play without loading the whole movie.

I know it can be done...I'm just not sure how to get the streaming effect.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am not sure exactly but put the sound on its own layer. Then you can assign it to certain frames during your movie. So it will only play during an animation or anything like that. Or when you go to the next scene you can make a new layer and a different song.
I think that will work.
Import your mp3 into the library then on your "sound" layer drag it onto the work area. Then pick which frames you would like it to play through.
