Hope one of you pros can help. Can anyone telkl me why when im in dreamweaver i can not place 2 tables side by side in the same line?? Any help will bbe apreciated. here a link to my upcomming site. In the gallery page where i have the calender tables, i do not want them all in a straight line i want them to be 4 tables on top of 4 and so on. Thanks in advance. |

Because you can't place two tables side-by-side. that's not the way HTML works. You should probably read a book or web site on HTML and learn how it works before firing up dreamweaver. You can nest two tables side by side in a table with 2 columns.

Yes, or use CSS instead of tables, which would be even better than nesting the tables.

Thanx for the imput see i always hand coded but now im starting to use dreamweaver, i have many books, but thank you for the links i think i may buy a few more. I always used nested tables, but i will try using a CSS sheet for this. Can anyone point me the right dirrection for that code? Thanxs again.www.kaliche.com |
