how to create own web templates

hi there
can someone tell me how to create a web template or better to say a frontpage 2002 template ,becouse i want to create own website but before i need to know how to create a template and with which program is it easyest way to create a web template!!
please help

Well there are 2 essential elements to making a webpage
1. Use a design program to create it's look.
2. Use a layout or text/code editor to assemble all the elements so browsers can view it.

I am not sure what you are intending by creating a template. I think you need to learn how to make a website before making a template.

If you have photoshop and create the layout-image you can save for web and the HTML code will be created for you.
