anyone know a tutorial on how to make images look like they are going out ofrange and they suddenly make some funny noise like pssss... yeah er.. for an example check out www.widegroup.net 's corporate site and click on lobby. It's on the bottom.

first off... this site is designed by some hot shot designers...

as to the sound.... c'mon.... import a sound that sounds like "psssst" and put in on the MC .... thats not too hard...
