Now in this picture below their is a interesting effect behind the text. How would i do that. Some people tell me its radial blur but everything i have tried has led to dissapointment. Do you know how to do it? And could you show me?

goto www.rainworld.com, go into the photoshop tutorials section, into the text effects section, and look for a tutorial called ray of light, or ray of light 2... Snore
