WinXP style

I've seen a few tutorials on winxp style graphics in the past, but can't find them anylonger. I basically have to make a new icon for a new version of software were releasing and it has been requested that it's "winxp" style.

I think that Winxp style is imitating Apple style ,I dislike its style
