making this a 3-d grid

can anyone tell me how to make this thing an orange 3-d grid, if you can do it, please tell me how~!

The car? Not possible with photoshop alone. You would need a 3D modeling program to create the 3D grid. Well, you could do it, but you would need to draw a lot of lines manually.

Photoshop can do a lot of things, but it is not a 3D program. It can work with images exported out of 3D software, but in no way could it easily create a 3D mesh/grid of that car.

i will pay someone $5 too do it for me!~
