I. resolution - set to 600 dpi image type - color photo or document tone correction - high constrast now scan II. - now u will notice its big resize & crop it to the size you want - hold alt,T,B>guassian blur set to 0.5 ok. - adjust brightness/contrast... - hold alt,T,S>sharpen edges (2x) - finish this ussaully remove some artifacts scanned pictures.
