Ice/Crystal Help

hello everyone! ive been wandering around the net looking for a good crystal/ice like tutorial for photoshop, i know its pretty weird sounding, but anyway i found a pic to use as a model, here Crystal
the texture id like to get is the one in the middle.. my knowledge in photoshop is quite limited, even if im not a newbie, and im dying to learn how to do a texture like this for my website intro :D
