Light/Energy here?

Hey I think I no wat I done wrong wat did u mean start on a cloud layer in the beginning?

I tried it and it worked for me...That's how I did it....Started w/ a cloud layer on layer one. Duplicated it. Applied find edges to Layer 1 Copy 3 times....Inverted Layer 1 Copy...Set the mode of Layer 1 Copy to color dodge...Scaled the width and height of Layer 1 Copy...Removed the extra stuff from Layer 1...et voila....Worked nicely...

Oh yes the salin is workin I think I got it just one thing after u scale it ur meant to remove some parts u said? Which do u mean that yellow white bg bellow it and can u tell me by how much u scaled it?

Yes finally I done it :D took a while ah? Anywayz I finally done it though for some reason it did'nt nearly come out as good as yours? And I can't remove the stuff form layer 1 for sum reason.
