Problems with pixelfonts

When I use pixel fonts they always end up blurry or in the wrong shape. It doesn't matter what anti-alias I use, smooth, strong and crips give me blurry type. When I use none I would normally get the right but it creates extra pixels along the right edge of the letter.

GC, at times (especially when using small fonts) I zoom in and touch em up with the pencil tool and airbrush. Its a pain, but it works
