Is there any trick/method to force gif to recgonize the layer with low opacity? I created a white shape with 75% layer opacity with the transparent background. The image is to be use for www. The problem is when I "saved for gif" or use ImageReady, it forces the white opacity to 100% instead of 75%. I tried every trick I know to get it to work but cannot acheive it. Jace41 |

You can not save a semi-transparent gif. It either has to be a color, or completely transparent. You could use a .png, but it isn't compatible in all browsers.
