Yes, I do. I've been visiting eyeball for years.

The tutorials teach how to make those graphics [basically] in Photoshop. The majority of that intro was made in Photohop, and Flash creates all the animations, rollover, etc.

That flash site is so simple to do it's not even funny. All he did was design the graphics in photoshop and use some flash magic to get those effects and bam tight flash site.
