Links on an image

Ok, i need to add links to an image, i have been told u can do this on PS and i have tried but cant seem to work out how. I need it for images similar to this one



to do the "web" pointing to my homepage "email" to my email. Cheers

Use Adobe ImageReady to do it.

You have a tool called Image map that you use.
