Making plastic..?

This is for a webdesign.
I want it to look like plastic, not too shiny or so.
I've tried some things but I guess that the forum is better than trial and error

There have got to be 100's if not 1000's of "plastic" tutorials on the web....

Pank's "Gel Text" tutorial is pretty cool and looks Plastic'y to me
