How do you make curvy buttons?

Can anybody please tell me how to make this graphic from funjobs.com? Thanks!

Make a selection of that shape, fill it on it's own layer, do some "pillow emboss" looking bevel to it and then add the text.


I somehow guess what you really want to know is "How do I make this shape?"

Start out with a rectangle shape, then get the circle selection tool and hold "option" (alt=windows)while making selections that will -subtract- from the rectangular selection.
