Edit "software used" in EXIF?

After saving a pictures as in PS, when you right click the picture, then go to properties, then details, under "Program Name" is there any way to remove "Adobe Photoshop CS5 Windows" from the EXIF data?
I did a search of the site, but can't find the answer.

Thanks for anyone who would have answered, I found the answer, use a EXIF editor.
