Cassablanca wedding poster

Hello,

I am trying to make a poster for my wedding after the 1992 Casablanca movie poster (see image below).

The outline and atmosphere is no problem at all, but i am experiencing difficulties making my own photo look like Humphrey Bogart.

I read all the tutorials i could find an tried a lot of filters and plug-ins but i cannot just get the results to look just like the poster.

I there anyone who can help me make my photos look like the Casablanca posters by telling me what steps i need to take.

You'll need to post the image to see what it is needs changing, painting, etc.
