Removing Background Behind Hairs

i wan to remove background from a really hairy picture and its is so hard to get each part through those hairs.
in new to phototshop.

i need you help guys please

iDad, that was a really nice tutorial. Thanks a lot for sharing it. Tried the 1st step. Got almost perfect results, even with blonde hair.
Didn't do the second way. Not in the mood for all the clicking with Pen Tool right now heh.
