important image left in the sun

Hello all,

May I first say that although I can perform the photoshop basics, I'm having difficulties with the following image. It was unfortunately left out in the sun, so has greyed a little and redness has greatly increased. We're hoping to get it printed if it can be salvaged. Is there a few steps to fix this in anyone's opinion?

you could probably enhance the colors a bit and sharpen edges a tad, picture is not to bad at all here
