Completely Confused

Oh My!!!!!

I need some direction on where to begin to learn to use PS CS3. I am somewhat mentally slow and it takes me a long time to learn. I really want to learn this program because I love making designs and signature tags and eventually create my own digital art.

There are many tutorials for photoshop, google 200++ photoshop

its the first result, do some of them as they use a variety of tools, its how I learnt
