Crop tool problem...

I have CS4 64bit installed on a Sony VAIO laptop with Win 7 64bit.

Everything in CS4 seems to work well except for the crop tool. Whenever I use it, no matter what boundaries I use, it always crops the image down to 1 pixel.... What could be the problem?

that's strange, try resetting tool see if that helps

Thanks... However I have already reinstalled CS4 and also reset the tools... did not fix the problem...

Still having this problem... got me baffled...?

set settings to default

then try custom

OMG... how stupid of me. Just noticed the width setting was set to 1 pixel...

I mostly use PShop on another computer with a Cintiq. This was my office computer and just didn't notice... Bingo! Thanks and a rap on my noggin!
