Can't select any color? please Help <3

Anyone know what I have done ? Lol

When I try to choose a color and press OK, it goes Black and White style in my color picker on the right side. here is also example, maybe helps tho.

check your image mode first thing that comes to mind

It's a while ago since I started on this, and I totally forgot what I've done but I want to finish it.

The mode is on "Greyscale" if I change it to RGB, I have to merge all my layers.

Edit: I actually fixed it, I just press Don't Merge when I change lol'd. Thanks iDad.
