Hi,

I would like to make a block poster 16x20 using 4x6 paper. Are there tutorials out there on how to acheive this? I am using photoshop 7.0

use the marquee tool with the fixed size option selected.
Turn snapping on, enter the values, add guides.
Cut the pieces.
