Animation frame rate?!

Can someone please tell me how to change the frame rate of an imported video in the working animation timeline box. It automatically imports them as like 33 frames a second.This is in CS3. THankss.

You can export your file as video and set the frame rate at that point, and then re import the new video with the desired frame rate, or do the edits to the file as is (33 FPS) and then export with a new frame rate
