i recently saw someone post a manson collage but i cant find the thread. anyways i just wanted to know how he made the bright effect on it.. if you have seen the picture you should know what im talking about

Experiment with your layer types...

It's a drop down menu on your layers pallete,

Normal
Dissolve
Lighten
Darken
Color Burn
Color Dodge

etc, etc, etc. That is how that effect is usually achieved.
