How to set my environment lighting?

we are planning to reset the lighting in our computer room.
so, those who ofter deal with color processing works , would u give me some advice for it?
would it be a perfect idea to set lamp-boxes with 1 warm and 2 cold color daylight-lamps and with ground glass covering? would 4 sets of this kind of lamp-boxes be enough for a 40-50sq.m.?:D

how can u adjust the monitor according to a color simple list?
