How do I fill in text that has a outline so the ouline stays white but the inside goes red thanks |

For photoshop 6, use the "stroke" layer style on your text. A stroke simply means an outline. Its been so long since I've used older versions of photoshop, but there is a "text effects" selection in older versions which also had the stroke feature (I think )If you want, you could also rasterize your text layer by right clicking on the text layer in the layers menu (and going to render text/rasterize layer (depending on what version of ps you have). And then go to the top menu and go to edit>stroke and use the stroke from there. |
