Hi everyone im new to the forum.

quick question, after you have cut an image out of one picture,
And pasted it onto another, is there a way to alter the size of the pasted part of the picture?
I figured out you use the move tool to move the pasted part to where you want it but it's to big, i need to make the paste a bit smaller.

Could you link me to a good tutorial site?
When you say video tutorials do you mean youtube?
I have had a look on there and found some good stuff.
