Hey everyone. I'm a complete novice with photoshop. From what I understand, what I'm trying to do is going to be pretty tough. I had a company logo designed by a local tattoo artist. Once it was drawn up, he scanned it.

Now I'm trying to have window stickers made for vehicles. I need this image to be completely white so it can be seen against a tinted window.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The company I want to do the window stickers said something about layers but the conversation quickly went over my head.

Thanks in advance.

Try this, go to image, mode and change your greyscale image to rbg mode first. Then use the magic eraser to erase the background which will then be transparent. add a new layer say the color blue so you can see any while left within in the image and use the magic eraser again to remove the white.(you will need to zoom in) once you do that you can try to inverse the image but I ran into a brick wall with that one so, I did a fill of solid white on the black, did a little bit o a blur for asthetics and when I saved I saved or web as a gif image which allows you to keep the transparent background. I did finish the image however when I uploaded it into photobucket the entire thing is solid white. This took me all of about 30 mins. I hope that it helps you out. BTW very nice logo, I really like it! http://phantom112175.deviantart.com/art/Logo-remastered-100115741

I saved your image in my deviant art account you can follow the link and download it there. I saved it in a gif file and deviant was the only place I could save it at.
