< my two cents >

As I know next to nothing about webdesign I shal try to help you out. :D Scared yet? You should be. Okay. First of all stop saying you "can't" do something. With computers, everything is possible. Second. Do you know what you are doing in photoshop? Stupid question, but if you can't create the image that you see in your head you need some practice. Third. I would say (knowing nothing about the design process of creating a website.) draw what you want to do on paper. Or if you have a Wacom use that. Just to get a preliminary idea of what you want the layout to be like, and what you want the interface to look like. Fourth, BUY A BOOK. Books always help. Even if it has nothing to do with building your website. Clear that designers block. Lastly. I would start small and simple. And slowly add and improve your design.

I'm just thinking what would be a logical way to do things. Oh, and one more tip. DON'T ASK PEOPLE TO DO IT FOR YOU. Unless of course you're paying them and it's thier job. No-one is going to spend hard hours designing a site just to let someone rip it off.

it's just a smallbox layout, like

the site seems to be not being updated...

Nope... Sorry. I don't think anyone can understand your ramblings. Hehe :D Just kidddin. Maybe someone can.

Anyway. Thanks for the comment on how "I" think the design process of a website should be. I'm actually in the process of making a site (finally). And I'm still learning how to do stuff. I'm getting paid to learn. How sweet it is.
