Simple Photoshop CS2 PDF Question

I've put together a simple resume in PS CS2 and wish to save it to PDF for easy external viewing. The resume is one page (8.5 x 11) and consists only of text (which is in the Gotham font, so I'll need to embed the font, correct?). Despite its simple nature, it is saving the PDF at around 400K which is ridiculous.

How might I get that size down to less than 100?

I'd rather use a PDF distiller or converter, than the Save As PDF function
