ImageReady Error

i've been using imageready CS for some time now
i could easily open movie files (like avi and mpg) in imageready
then i got a new computer and i can't open any of the movies files i did before

it keeps telling me a plug-in system error has occurred (error #1061250160)
can anyone here help me? i really need to make some animted avatars and sigs...>_<

This is happening to me too. I nuked my computer to get rid of my last problem, now I am greeted with this. :(

Edit: Found the answer! It's a problem with Quicktime V7, get V6. It works fine now.
