scattering brushes`

so ican't figure out how to change my presets to make some brushes that I've made scatter :( grr Its just annoying to try and place them "randomly" on my own grr!

how do you mean? there's the "Scatter" setting in the Brush presets...
could it be that Scatter is Off?
