Slight tint when saving image... |

Uhm, I'm not sure what you call this(really a newbie!!! Haven't used PS for years!!) but here's the problem: I'm trying to save the image in Photoshop under Save for Web. However, the optimised images always have a slightly yellowish tint. Here's the image and I'm not sure what I can do to prevent it. http://yuri.qsurf.org/test/lj_background.psd Yeah, uhh... don't worry. I'll probably crop and resize it to fit into my LJ. :P |

more often than not color shifts are caused by Photoshop's "color managment" Edit > Color Settings at the top open the drop down menu and select "Color Management Off" Then try and save for web and see if you get the same color shift |

I notice more color shift with .jpg than with .gif. Did you try Lion's suggestion? I'm not sure I saw a difference on or off with my settings, but your monitor, etc. will be different.
