Everytime I try to make a web gallery of RAW images from the file browser, I get this error message... "There is an error disabling controls for missing tokens. Some file or folder for selected style might be missing" So does that mean I'm missing an important file?? Please help! |

I'm not a 100% sure about this but I don't think you actually can put raw format pictures on the net... you have to change them in to .jpg or some other format first. ... and why do you want RAW format on to the net? I mean those are HUGE files... no one wants to wait for those to load... |

Oh, I thought you could select a setting that automatically converted them to JPG... Of course I don't want RAW files!! Is that what I have to do first? as you can see, I've never made an online gallery, or used a lot of batch commands. How do I batch convert them to level 12 JPGs? |

I'm sorry, that site is a little vague. Would you mind too much step-by-step? I have a folder full of RAW files. I want to batch convert them to smaller sized(about 500 px tall) jpgs. Or maybe tiffs. I know how to change the file name and serials using the batch command, but not how to save in different format. Basically, I want to be able to walk away and come back to a new folder full of jpgs. |

I think the tutorial is pretty straight forward; just a little bit overwhelming if you're new to the batch processing. Basically, the first step is to create an action. So you'll have to go to your action panel and hit 'record' button. You can rename that action so its easier to recognize / remember once you're in the batch processing window. Now you're ready to do the necessary step to be applied to all your pictures. Crop them, resize them, etc...then hit stop when you're done. Then you go to the automate >batch processing which is under the file drop down menu. Then pick your source folder (original RAW files) and then pick your destination folder (where you want it saved at JPG). Pick the action (.atn) which is the name after the action you just created earlier. There's a bunch of other options which you just need to play around such as overriding (if you don't want to be prompted for save message each time) and renaming files. Hope that helps. |

Ok, I've figured it out, but I still have the same original problem. I can't make a gallery! What's happening? |

Go to File > Automate > Photo Web Gallery The gallery screen should be pretty straight forward much similar to one you did earlier. You pick where to save it and the source of the JPG images that you have. |
