select new from -file- meny and make a new transpsrent document in the size you want, then paint something on, hold down Ctrl and right click on the layer to select that you have painted, then select -edit- meny and select -define brush preset- then you can make a brush of the selected object. Name it. Then you can select your new brush from the select brush place, it should be the last brush that is the new one. (if you dont do the select (ctrl+rightklick) you will make a brush of the whole image, not the object.. you can also make a brush from a part of an image. Use any of the Lasso tools you like to use and select the area you want to define as brush, then again select -edit- meny and then select again -define brush preset- and your all done...
