Arggh -- tools in tool palette disappeared

I'm not a newbie but this is a newbie question! I've never had it happen before. Last night I "did something" and all the tools in the tool palette vanished. So the only part left is that irritating little graphic at the top that sends you to www.adobe.com whenever you accidentally click on it. No matter what I do, I can't seem to get my tools back! I use PS 6.0. Any ideas what to do?

Double-click the narrow little header bar above the Adobe Online image link.
