Roll Overs

Hi I am very new to PS. I am wanting to do some simple yet effective rollovers, are there any tutorials (clear ones)

just make the first image you want, save it as template and then make the second image with say a drop shadow and save it as the second on. now if you open up dreamweaver or something just select the two images and bam its a rollover
