hi there.

i am new to photoshop and am also rubbish at drawing and stuff, so on my travels looking for things to help i came across your site and noticed the pank tutorial on making this button thing, thing is it has some ktp files i need to put in photoshop to be able to do it and i dont know how to put them in?

could anybody help me please

The KPT are commercial plug-ins, they are sold by corel.com

oh right thats ok but the tutorial had some that it let you download it didnt say i had to pay for them? so am i not allowed to use them then.

If I remember correctly kpt files are for a Kai's Power Tools plugin. If you don't got the plugin then the kpt file by itself is useless to ya.

The files you can download are just presets and you are allowed to use them hower you still need the plugin to use them.
