After I applyed filter>>sketch>>chrome to a picture,I can't adjust Hue/Satuation?it is like a grayscale picture,why?

Let me guess...you'd like to tint your just-chromed image? Just click the "Colorise" box in the Hue/Saturation dialogue box, then play around with the sliders. |

perhaps you have changed your image to black and white. if that make it rgb again.
