When i first heard of this prog i thought you coudl download, how was i angry when i realized i had to buy. But a couple hundred bucks later i am the proud owner of my one copy.

That really cooks my grits. $150+ for a *scrubbing* plug-in. Of all the shullbit!

Well, not for someone who doesn't have a real job and wants 3DSMAX (and is wondering how it is that everybody and their grandmother has it).

better KPT than 3dsmax heh, unless you have $3500... Go ahead and buy KPT5 because when you get it you will realize the reason it is so expensive (THE POWER *hint *hint*)

Not everyone can afford to buy these software packages. This doesn't mean that they shouldn't go "underground" to get them.

There's no harm done if you buy the software once you can afford it. Adobe, Discreet and Corel will not be losing a sale if you can't buy it in the first place. In fact, they'll probably be getting sales from Warez.

Now in most cases, Warez is a bad thing (for low priced software). But isn't it great when someone who (if legit) couldn't show you their talent is able to do so? :D

warez is still warez (Illegal). We can go through this debate until we all turn blue but point blank it's Illegal.
