I am designing a site and I would like to know where I can either learn to make cell shaded graphics, or download them. Here are some examples: Thanks! :D

well that's not very difficult. what i do is take graphics like that, blow them up till i can see down to about 20 px and examine them to see how i can recreate the same thing.
