How is this effect done?

on this site: http://midnightcash.com/ on the end of the site where it says who designed the site there is some cool effect on the green color and the white it looks like some kind of boxes or something, dose anyone know how this is done? Please tell me, or point me to a tuturial.

For a second i thought it was a porn site...oh look...I was right!!

if we are talking about the same effect....than its just a green rectangle with a pattern (looks like "+ "signs...i cant quite tell due to compression) over it. Then the dark rectangle at the top is just a drop shadow.

Looks to me like a little modification of the Windows XP look, of which there is a tutorial about on the teamps tutorials page.
