plz help me quickly

i in need of urgent help quickly plz. Could anyone plz take the time to explain step by step how to create all parts of this interface. Plz i really need you help guys. Thnx alot.

i got alot of interfaces of GUIS.com and mixed and matched diff pieces. I jsut wanna knwo how to create those certain pieces cause those are the only ones i can't create. I cant produce them and i need your help. I won't use them for a site so don't worry i jsut wanna be able to sue those techniques.
