Mosaic Tiles

I was wondering this time if PS6 has that feature where you can take a picture (ie Jum Carey) and that picture consists of tiny little pictures...

It was a fad a few months back and I saw a software with this
feature.... Is it PS6?

Photoshop doesn't have this feature built in, to my knowledge, but I know there is some software out there that does it.
