Where can i get some images like that in the right bar?

Take your image

Make a new layer

On the new layer, use a White to Transparent Gradient.

If you don't know how to do that, reply back.

Go to Google and search for free stock photos .

You can look around at http://www.istockphoto.com, http://www.freefoto.com and http://www.freeimages.co.uk/ as well.
